Become a Tutor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a tutor with Guide to Learning! We know that certified  educators are skilled at delivering information to students. With Guide to Learning you are empowered to tutor students using your expertise and not guided software. We also know that too often teachers are not paid as professionals. At Guide to Learning, tutors make money on their own terms by tutoring online.

All of our tutors receive a Guide to Learning Google email. Your Google Workspace includes Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. All our tutoring sessions are held in a secure Google Meet along with screenshare and interactive whiteboard tools. Everything you need to have an effective tutoring session is provided! If you are ready to join our team, follow the steps and register below.

You’ll need your teacher’s certificate in PDF format, a selfie with a valid ID in view (pdf), and the subjects you are qualified to tutor. Make sure you have everything available BEFORE you fill out the form!

Click the button below to access the Tutor Registration Form. Fill it out as completely as possible, as this is the only time it’s available. If you forget something, you can always email us!

Hit Submit, then check your email for our “Complete Your Profile” message. Remember to check all folders including your Spam folder! 

Please, store your passwords in a secure location for future reference.

Tutor Registration Form

  • Please choose a username that can be seen on your profile, such as your first and last name.

  • Password should be at least 8 characters in length, and a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

  • Select the Grade or Specialty you wish to Tutor.

  • Please check all subjects you wish to tutor. Please, only choose the subjects for which you have a certification.

  • Upload your teaching certification in PDF format.
