Guide to Learning was a Godsend. We came at our wits end to this company due to the constant scheduling conflicts of... our local tutoring center and the lack of progress with my child there. (And a little bit of my own pickiness because I am a homeschool mom and a control freak...I am working on this :)...) We needed help with fractions. Guide to Learning was patient with my child and even more patient with me. Their tutor spoke my kid's language: she made it look so easy; meanwhile I looked like a hyena by the time I would finish a very unproductive attempt to teach my kid fractions. And, she made fractions somehow fun. So my kid was willing to learn with her. Unlike with me. (For this subject anyhow.)They gave us the flexibility of online appointments and helped me develop a plan to gauge his progress on my own rather than being gatekeepers of my kid's work. I am really happy with them. They helped me be hands off and I really appreciated the ease. Don't hesitate to try it. You won't be sorry.read more

My son was having some issues with fractions, so his dad reached out to Guide to Learning and we booked some sessions.... Let's just SAY IMPRESSED is an understatement. My son was looking sad when he first logged on for his lesson but by the end he so excited to share what he learned in just an hour. He couldn't stop talking about how nice his tutor Ms. Brittany was and that he can't wait until his next session. Being a teacher or tutor for that matter is no easy task. It takes a special person to work with other people's children. I highly recommended you reach out to Guide to Learning for your babies tutoring needs. You won't regret it! #investinyourchildrenread more
